We get started right away! There will be an 8 day video mini series teaching you a step-by step process to start pre-planning your food accurately so that you can actually hit your protein goals without going over your calories. I'll be right in your pocket the whole time and you can message me any time. At the end coaching you through nutrition habits, daily physical activity and of course mindset work.

The Reboot is designed to change your relationship with your fitness journey. You will be guided to make changes in your nutrition, physical activity, and mindset practices. This is NOT a get skinny quick challenge. 


Will I have access to the challenge material after the challenge is over? 

Once the challenge is complete you will no longer have access to the material (so save anything you want to keep). I want you taking small daily actions NOW rather than later.
