This is a personalized 60-minute coaching session where we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, create a realistic nutrition plan, and uncover the mindset patterns that have been preventing lasting success.

We will meet 1 on 1 for one hour. As soon as you check out today, you will get a welcome email to download my coaching app and start the initial assessment form and food diary so that we can jump right in on the call without having to collect more data.

No. You'll leave with personalized recommendations based on your goals, lifestyle, and current habits, including calorie and protein targets if appropriate. You'll receive guidance and meal ideas tailored to your needs, but I do not give meal plans because that is a temporary fix to a long-term problem. I help you get started on a long term fix.

Do I need to track macros before the call?

No. Come exactly as you are. Whether you've never counted a macro or you've been tracking for years, I'll meet you where you are.

How much is the call and is this call refundable?

The cost of this 1 time call is $147. Because you're reserving dedicated coaching time, Strategy Call purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
